The Host City Insignia Exchange and the Semi-Final allocation draw will be held on January 25th in Baku. The ceremony will be attended by the Mayor of Düsseldorf - the host city of Eurovision 2011, Dirk Elsbers, who will hand over a symbolic key of the contest to his colleague Hajibala Abutalibov, mayor of Baku. Hereby, Baku will officially become a host city of Eurovision Song Contest 2012.
The Semi-Final Allocation Draw, which determines in which Semi-Final each country will participate, will be held during the Host City Insignia Exchange. The big event will be held in Buta Palace.
One of the event's key moments is presentation of the theme art, the logo and the slogan, of the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2012!
